Leading a software development team, applying BPM / workflow, business rule engine system (BRMS), electronic auditing and architectural know-how for powering the modular development a self-service finance application based on Java EE. Rebuilt the software architecture from the ground up moving from JSP and tightly coupled components to JSF, an MVC Model 2 design, service-oriented controller layer and ensuring loosely-coupled components to maintain agility.
Also training team members on JSF, EJB and Hibernate.
